2 weeks ago Microsoft unloaded a slew of new information about Windows 8.1. Notable upgrades to the operating system include enhanced search functionality, new lock screen options, deep Skydrive integration, and additional Snap View configurations. To go alongside the announcement, the company recently released a video to demonstrate some of the new features, which can be seen below.
As you may have noticed, the video did not highlight the return of the Windows Start button. Fortunately, Network World (via The Verge) caught the Start button on video during Copmutex, showing exactly how it will work when Windows 8.1 is eventually released.
