List of Asphalt Games Released from GAMELOFT

Asphalt Series has been always one of the most famous and reputed Series that almost ruled the world , infact what made it so popular was that it was made not for one platform but more than 1 . Well , It made a slow and decent start with the release  of Asphalt Urban GT which was exclusive only to Nintendo DS , and just replicating the success story of its previous game , it bounced back with more action-filled games , which made a Clear path for Gameloft to Success .

1.Asphalt Urban GT

The first version of the Asphalt series made into the markets on the end of 2004 , which was  developed by Gameloft  and published by Ubisoft , thus making it coming under one of the DS titles . It supported wireless multiplaying with maximum of 4 players with Using DC's  support for 3D Graphics .


The game sports nine tracks modelled after real-world locations such as Paris and New York City. The game's 23 cars are licensed from real manufacturers such as Lamborghini, Hummer, Volkswagen, and others, and can be enhanced with over 30 addons.

2.Asphalt Urban GT 2

It was just the second franchise of Urban series , with the new Device being the PSP to be compatible with . Later on , the java version of the game too was released . The special feature being an inclusion a Pussycat Dolls Title .



3. Asphalt 3 : Street Rules

After all the game started with Nintendo , interestingly Gameloft showed off this time with Nintendo . Asphalt 3 was released first on Java based phones on 2007 and later on NON-java phones and ultimately to Nokia's Handheld Gamer . It was also the first game to be played upon  World Cyber Game competition .


4.Asphalt 4 : Elite Racing

Asphalt 4 was releases on the year 2008 with new devices being iPhone and iPod where the Success saga got the hold of Gameloft . The game was later released on Nokia's Palm OS .




5.Asphalt 5 

The Asphalt 5 was the true successor of its previous Asphalt 4 which too was released for iOS and Palm this time.
 Asphalt 5's gameplay is very similar to that of Asphalt 4: Elite Racing and Ferrari GT: Evolution; with the player given the option of either tilting the device or touching the side of the screen to steer. The iPhone version of the game uses landscape steering, the PSP version uses the control pad. The game also has a multiplayer mode, both local through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and global through an internet connection.



6.Asphalt 6 : Adrenaline

While the usual trend of Gamloft was  being to Make Different Games to Different OS's was on the horizon , Gameloft made a smart move away against the competitors and released almost a pleothera of OS's which inlcude Android , Symbain , Blackberry , Playbook and MAcOSX .


It almost with OS's had made a huge development in the game in which NEW CARS , BIKES and New Gears . The most remarkable feature being the " ADRENALINE MODE " which is simply the BOOST in gaming language .

7.Asphalt 7 : Heat

Asphalt 7 was mostly focused on designing and Network , with the first time being Gameloft releasing a Game on both iPAD and iPhone and later on with Android and W8 .

Nothing more features were added up in this version except that the steering could be now control with one tap and with better network  facility to play multiplayer with using either Wi-Fi and Bluetooth or Globally via  Internet Connection .


8.Asphalt 8 : Airborne

We recently got hold of Asphalt 8 with much just an trailer which focuses more on detailed graphics and cars.
